Chaired by President Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Bin Ahmed Al Thani and attended by various officials including Mohammed Abdullah Hazzam Al Dhaheri, the committee reviewed the hosting bids for future editions. The committee officially approved Iraq’s bid to host the 28th edition of the Gulf Cup. Iraq was the sole association to submit a bid, and the decision was finalized in accordance with the established bylaws and organizational standards of the federation.
