Slavia Prague endured a heartbreaking 3-2 defeat at home to Lens in the UEFA Champions League, surrendering a lead by conceding twice during stoppage time. The hosts were forced to play with ten men for much of the second half after Mikuláš Konečný was sent off following a VAR review shortly after the interval.

However, the visitors mounted a late comeback when Florian Thauvin scored in the 91st minute, followed by a decisive pinpoint finish from Ruben Aguilar to seal the victory.
